You Have To Start Somewhere – Traffic Stats
I just want to make a quick post showing where my stats are at the beginning. That way I can show my progress as the weeks pass.
I haven’t received too much traffic yet, but really I’ve only been focusing on getting some content on my blog first.
I’ll continue to post about what I have learned and more tips on how to set up your Wordpress blog, but now I am going to start focusing more on building traffic. I’ll post about what I’m doing and show stat updates so that you can see how it is working.
Here is a screen shot of my Google analytics page. As you can see, it’s not impressive at the moment. So far the most visits in one day has been 30. This is just the start though. Everyone has to start somewhere. In a few weeks time I plan to show you a lot higher numbers.

I’ve had my blog setup for over 2 years, but was only getting 1 or 2 visitors per day (and most of them where me!).
It’s only during the last few months that things have started to pickup, now that I’ve started posting regularly and commenting on other people’s blogs.

I think a number of us on the MWA2.0 are experiencing similar stats, by helping each other through useful feedback and comments we can develop the blogs so that they become traffic magnets.
I would anticipate that you will be able to post vastly improved stats in the next few weeks and months and look forward to charting your progress.
