Hi Dean – yes, I can already tell where planning my weekly tasks helps. Other wise I sit down that the computer and jump from thing to thing to thing without actually getting anything accomplished. I just wish I had more time. (don’t we all? LOL) Thanks, Heidi

Hello Heidi

Sometimes going back over things refreshes the mind.
I found starting a folder with different sections in there has helped me. I was getting mind overload trying to learn it all to quick.
But when you look back It’s amazing how much you do take on board.
Planning a weekly task is so Important, and has help me not waisting time.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving your comment.

I did Alex’s first coaching course and I still go back over the material.

But at least each time there isn’t so much information overload and it does become easier to implement the actions needed.

At one point I had to scrub my list of 200 subsrcibers and start again…ouch that was hard but necessary!
